Midnight Oil accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, money orders, wire transfers and Cash.

Sales Tax is collected for Georgia residents at the 8% rate for Oconee County.

Midnight Oil will match a competitor’s advertised price providing it is for the same item. An item made by OER and an item made in someone’s basement is not the same thing. The item in question must be an exact duplicate. We will match pricing with credible competitors. An auction on eBay is not a credible competitor.

You agree that by accessing the Midnight Oil website you permanently and irrevocably waive any and all right to cause a “chargeback” (that is, a disputed, reversed or contested credit card or PayPal charge) for any reason whatsoever against Midnight Oil, effective as soon as you make a payment. You agree that, if you institute such a “chargeback”, it constitutes a material violation of the terms of use of this website. You expressly understand, in the event of such a “chargeback”, to pay all costs incurred by Midnight Oil as a result of a chargeback.
