This is a reproduction of the original GM Camaro Brake Distribution Splitter Block which attaches to the splitter block bracket and plumbs the master cylinder lines.  Also, the Camaro Brake Distribution Splitter Block houses the low brake warning switch. When the brake fluid drops suddenly, a light in the dash will come on because of this switch.
